hi everyone. got 2 problems. reset main digital counter & getting patterned shading on 2nd. side, only on duplex copying. I have 2 750s with same settings in process controll. Not sure which setting it is, don't see anything for 2nd. side udjustment. please help

Sorry, don't know about the shading issue, but to reset the main counter within the machine, you will need to replace the NVRAM.

There is no other way that I know of to reset the counter and Konica Minolta (at least here is Australia) are pretty picky about releasing new NVRAM chips unless there is a critical need.

i had this problem before on a 920, the second side kept shading, in the end i changed the potention sensor and the other sensor next to the potention sensor (i forget the name of it) im not in front of a machine atm, but check around the drum for any sensors as they are very sensitive to static.
