Strange KM 6500 Problem

Hey Guys,

I have a bizhub c6500 and when I print collated sets to it and ask the machine to sort them, I notice that acrobat will spool the document 4 times(if I ask for 4 sets) and the machine will think that the 4 sets is all one job and will not collate,

any ideas why it is doing this?

Strange KM 6500 Problem

When you first open the print dialog for acrobat make sure the collate box on that opening dialog is not checked so you can select collate in the machine driver.
