C350 Blank copies

We have a C350 W Fiery Controller (IC-401) that produces blank, or almost blank (a few lines only) copies.
Printing works fine. We have replaced the CCD Unit, but that did not help.
What's next ?

This may sound daft but check the mirrors are in correctly,This only happens if the young lads have been cleaning optics
if there out by just a fraction you get this problem and the ccd unit does'nt through up a code?,
I've also had the Pwb-c Do this,
once you've got it sorted dont forget to do the prt areas.

We did shut down the Fiery and checked various connectors. After power-on we made a copy and got a C-1220 code. After resetting the code the machine works fine!
We just have to wait and see if it comes back.
