Konica 7165 service code 28-01

Hello-
I am able to print test patterns (they do have a slight gray background). When I attempt to make a copy, service code 28-01 (high voltage charge error?) comes up after about a minute. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Hello Brother

First for clean the charger unit with the help of thiner ok and also wash charger terminals and chaged the crona wires may be solved ur problem if problem same change the charger unit
