Bizhub 420 freezing & Blank prints

Hi, we had installed a new Bizhub 420 which has done only 100 copies. we find following observations. when we try to copy using RADF / Platen we get a message copying please wait. Physical observation is Scanner lamp goes to the left extreme and get on and stays there no error code logged, screen freezes. Finally we need to switch off the machine. when we print meter reading or management list in service mode we get prints with out issues intermiddently. ie, some time it prints some times it prints Blank prints. The scanner assembly moves very well when we no non-image area setup . The machine has the latest Firmware Version 31. Some time the machine works fine for say 20 -30 copies and the problem repeats. If someone has faced such problem please help us with solution. we suspect OACB Board / NV ram .
