7085 sc29-09 Code

This machine was a "new" one out of the crate a few weeks ago, so it probably has less than 100k on (I havent been to see it since we installed it) customer said the code has popped up a couple of times...any ideas? as I said this was a new machine that was never sold until a few weeks ago.

That would be a Drum Potential Sensor issue. Check to see if it is plugged in properly.
