    Scan DOCX Konica Minolta

    Hi, I have recently installed the OCR license to a customer. LK105 have seen that it allows to have a searchable PDF.

    my customer would like to get a DOCX file directly when scanning but I don't think it's possible. What did I miss?

      I believe you need LK-110 v2 to do it

          You're right, that's what I need. By now we have installed LK105. I hate when their requests change at the time of installation...

                  Bix on what model? I'm asking because on 8 series up to C458 you also will need optional Extension Memory.
