Hi, only authorized dealers have access to the Konica Minolta website to obtain the firmware.
If you need specific firmware, if you are a donor someone here in the forum could offer you the download link

what model u need? are you trying to resolve a problem cause i have access but i still dont apply firmware blindly unless im trying to resolve something

what model u need? are you trying to resolve a problem cause i have access but i still dont apply firmware blindly unless im trying to resolve something

the FW solution for me is the last and critical try, first I check the other resolution obviously.
