    Konica Minolta C554e- FREEZING CONTROL PANEL.

    Hi guys,

    I got a C554e which the control panel freezes when i'm trying to print out the meter count.

    With the demo test page and the config page it does print well.

    I did unplug and plug in the all cables, HDD, SSD, DSIPB, and also swapped the the control panel from a working machine but its still giving me the same issue.

    Your responses may help....

      Reload the FW.

          Check in service mode if it returns any errors to you. Usually it could be FA14
          What firmware do you currently have installed?

              I have checked the service mode and found out that the HDD was uninstalled so I install it and now the control penal is not freezing any more, it printing ok.

              I'm yet to install the firmware.
