PK-505 on Bizhub 920 trouble

I can't force it to work on FS-604. I made a dozen of interconnections. Sometimes it's visible but do not punch. Sometimes it's not visible. Sometimes it forces whole FS-604 not visible.
In the last case I go into the service mode and press grayed out "Finisher Settings". Machine successfully connects but after exiting service mode it's SC77-54 immediately. But I have no ZU.
