        No that is a 5V power supply.
        If the drum or developer is toast it happens.
        But it happens due to a dirty ID sensor more often.

        If you run peculiarity and get errors the machine will keep on trying to get valid data. It just keeps on trying until it times out.

        Also if the ADU latch lever sensor is out of place or the ADU body bent it will do the same. Fusers lamp will not switch on.

        Find out if max density adjustment gives you an error1/2/3 and go from there.

            ive had single fuser lamps fail causing long delays in warmup since the copier doesnt know a lamp has failed so long as atleast one of them still functions
