Hi, I have a problem with a bizhub C3320i.
The customer uses the bypass a lot with a special card. This is like a cardboard, it will be about 120g.

The jam code is 10-01. If I put only 3-4, it is unlikely to jam. If I put a few more, there is a good chance that the card will stop at 1/4. In the printer settings it is set to "Thickness two" and the mm size of the paper size has been entered. Is there any way to increase the bypass pressure?
In addition, I have noticed that if I insert the paper in the bypass beyond the limiter, it helps to avoid jams.
