    MINOLTA DI 250

THE LINES AND TEXT WHICH ARE PRINTED, (ALONG THE MOVEMENT OF SCANER) ARE LIKE STAIRS. FEW CENTIMETERS ARE PRINTED STRIGHT AND WELL, THAN FOLLOWS STAIR,AGAIN WELL , STAIR ... THE END OF PAPER IS PRINTED OUT OF PAPER

    EXAMPLE:
    ______________
    _______________
    ___________________

I CHANGED COMPLETE SCANER BLOCK WITH ANOTHER MACHINE.THE PROBLEM
WAS GONE FOR ONE WEEK, THAN RETURNED.

I MEAN CHANGE THE cpu AND POWER SUPPLY? MAY BE ANYONE
    HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.

    wRONG MEMORY?

Check the fibre optic cable is not kinked, also ensure that the ends are clean.
Please do not PM me without asking first.

Had it several times, defective PWB-HGB board in the scanner unit located in the rear-right corner. Di-250 and Di-350 each have dedicated boards in case you want to swap.

Yes the grey "tubing" coming from HGB board going to the main board.

Try removing rear cover for HGB board make sure nothing push on any of the HGB connectors, make a copy, if its good, re-route all the cable real good before you put the cover back on.

Today, I visited the customer and I replaced MFB board
(20 cm x 25 cm vith 2 bateries . Every cables not replaced.

When i made first copy , the problem was worst than that.Strong worst.

                  Once again:

first MFB board : the image is cuted litle
second MFB board: the same problem ,but the image is cuted very strong. is not

important notice : second board was not new, I took it of broken machine.

The same parts?Diferend problem? Looks like typical defect, typical illnes of this boards.

Is not there any calibration, when changing MFB?

As for optical cables, I tried to brake it , but reason was - that the machine halted and restarted to service mode.

Throw another known working HGB board in the pig, we have seen this problem unfortunately 100 or so times and its always the same deal, the HGB board. I think the same vendor made that POS board as the laser units on these models, hell we wont even cover the laser under contract so many went bad.
