hi guys .............
can you help i have BH920 the problem was:
1.) touch panel misaligned - when i touch the screen the other end of the screen will got highlighted, i have done the touch screen alignment properly but same problem accour.
2.) motor of the 2nd paper feed keep's on running it doesn't even taking up the paper once i start the start button it starts to rotate and continue rotating with out even giving ah jam code or even a malfunction code.
I try to ISW the machine repalced the printer control board and the image control board. Need help guys maybe can help me .

possible nv ram corruption

hi ... did you keep the machines origional nv-ram board while u replaced the control boards??
if so try source one (nv-ram) from somewhere and try it ... ive seen them give these strange problems...
