    Scanner problem squares Bizhub C203

Hi guys, I have this problem on a C203 that has the mfpb replaced.
I have already tried machine initialization and entered the scanner serial!
    Do you have any suggestions?

You should do full complete installation procedure from scratch.

            run it again
...and follow procedure blindly,do not skip any step.
Long ago one of my coleague (rookie in that time) ask senior technician why some steps in install or service manual is not logical in some cases.
He got answer, if in manual says "run 3 circles arround machine", do it or you can have troubles later.

damn rookies... I had one decide which screws weren't needed.. he only put 2 of the 4 screws back on a main drive motor.. back in the days of chain driven analogs

didn't fair well for him at all

                  Double check:

Date and time enter in one location
                  Touch panel not adjusted

(I bet the person(s) responsible for this gets a wet spot in their pants every time someone forgets to do one little thing in this procedure. Perhaps there is valid reason for this, but I feel like this is just a troll-maneuver.)
