Getting Error Codes CC170 and CC173 when turn on the copier. Cant do trouble reset. Machine freezes at Konica Minolta Logo Screen. Please advise.

Agree, those codes were first created by Konica in 2010 when the C650 series had boot issues and indicate an issue with memory or mfp startup issues.....

the fix will probably be one of the following:
Reseat memory
Replace memory
Firmware update ( a glitch in starting/running firmware---updating it solves many issues like this)
