KM- error code c-0f36

I have the malfunction code C-OF36, however i cannot find that code in my service manual.
To reset i just open the front cover and it goes away but when printing legal or tabloid the paper does not fully exit from the top rollers, it stops about 90% of the way and then the error code.
Any help is much appreciated.

Your problem is abnormally low toner density for cyan ATDC by more than 3%, during image cycle or during printing. How is the image quality for the cyan unit? Have you tried a cyan image unit? I would aleo check he toner hopper for cyan....

Forgot to ask. Is this for a KM-C3130? ALso check transfer assy. How many clicks on cyan image unit and transfer assy?
