      not intermittently..no help from konica at all. i notice on paper tray does rise up when
      inserted.plate should come up

        There is a sensor hanging over the paper tray. Sometimes, by reinserting the tray, someone is able to break it. If so, it should be replaced.

          Agree check MEDIA PRESENT SENSOR (PS12) under [State Confirmation] -> [Sensor Check] for proper operations.
