after installing the bizhub pro c6501 the ic 408 not printing and show me put color paper 81-105 gm in valied tray
i change the paper setting from control panel but same.
how can i correct this problem and prit from my pc throw the ic 408

Job can be cancelled in printing/processing jobs.in ps setup you have to set wieght and type up to match what you have set in your trays. Also try switching start page off in general settings both done via web browser, you must enable this mode firstly on the engine controller set up(same place as putting in ip settings).

finisher not compatible

when i send the print order from c6501 with ic 408 it show the error (there is no compatible finisher installed) the machine include RU-504 and FD-503 . and the copieng work ok
how can resolve this for printing from pc

Set your papertray for color specific and it will print, our in the setup off the fiery the paper on normal.

you don't have a compatible finisher arrangement for the IC-408.

After i disconnect the finisher fd-503 the printer is working and the fd-503 not including in that options on the printer driver .
i do all that actions in installation manual for fd-503

I believe is FS and not FD. Do you get any error codes? Try a firmware upgrade, I believe v40 it's the latest.

The IC-408 is ONLY compatable with FS-607,PF-601 and LU-202. I am surprised the RIP does not turn of automatically! How did you get this configuration?
