Faded prints out on second side.

Hi top techs. For the second time I encounter this problem. The machine prints well on one side.
The second side is washed away!
    These are my attempts to this so far;
    Changed the HV board11
    Changed the degaussing coil
    Changed the power board
    Changed the IH board.
Changed the whole 2nd transfer assy including the transfer roller.
These two machines are almost lying waste here. Let's get them back to life.

Have you adjusted the second side transfer settings in service mode?
    Whatever

After the adjustments, did run stabilization, test printed..... No luck.
Rather it gave me a crack crack noise as if the the cleaner gear on the ITB is about failing, so I turned down the adjustments immediately. Printed without noise but same problem.

Are you using some kind of special paper?
Some paper will not allow good transfer on the second side.
The second side transfer is normally set higher.

          High humidity?
          Whatever

Do a manual duplex print by feeding the paper from the tray a second time.
            Whatever

I fed in Bond paper which in not rougher than conqueror.
I guess am running normal humidity here..
Yes I printed on the second side. Which is *2 worse. I image washes worse on the second side.
Thought at first the second transfer assy will solve this as a bulletin suggested.

Check this old bulletin. Your machine may miss that sheet.
