[Jamming] Konica Minolta C3350 Paper Jam 10-02

Getting Paper Jam 10-02 error in C3350 - From Manual Feed Tray.

Client complaints they cannot find any jam and they have to restart the printer by turning it off and on. It works for couple of prints and again getting same paper jam code. and cannot be reset by opening the side door. All other trays are working fine.

Please advise.

Check the paper present actuator isn’t stuck and the sensor works.
If it thinks it has paper in the feeder and tries to feed it it will jam as you describe.
