[Error Code] C2404

I have a machine I am currently working on. Its Konica Minolta 1070 with error code c 2404. How do I go about it.

Obtain a service manual.
Then describe the problem in full and what you have tried to do to repair the problem.
If you are not a tech then getting someone out will be a good idea.

See these machine go from bad to worse if an inexperienced hand gets to it.

Already checked the service manual. The code was referring to the erase lamp. I am sure the erase lap isn't faulty and the fuse on the PRCB is still intact. The code comes and goes at intervals

how are you sure? Have you left the door pegged and watched it come on and go off?

a tech of 2-10yrs should explain the problem in more detail if he requires help.
