Machine Getting Error C-4624 After Power up Little Sound From Transfer Belt side Belt Pysically Ok sound still stranger after sound get error code Any Suggess

At this point it can be many things.
Error occurs because the registration is failing to obtain data on K.
So its not reading the key color patch.

So anything from low density to no transfer.
Could be that something is not engaging or turning.

So start with the most basics.
Drum turning?
Devtank turning?
Image on the drum?
Transfer working?
And so on.

Do you have a any experience on these machines?

Does it allow you to do test patterns for service mode?

Yes I print test patterns its very light and missing image i opened manually color registration sensor shutter problem remain same i checked manually transfer belt ,devloper unit drum unit but same

Can you post some of the prints? Might help if we can see the defects, some of these techs are wizards and can pinpoint a loose screw from the depths of the machine with only a funny looking print to go off of.

Does cyan, magenta and yellow print ok?
If all the color are light then its most probably a transfer issue.
Stop the engine in the middle of a print and check if the image on the drum looks ok.
