I'm having an issue with a c364 consistently throwing a C-2552 error code. The service manual speaks to the cyan DV over-toning. The halftone test does not look particularly unusual, nor does the actual dev. unit itself. I've tried multiple cyan DV units, as well as a new toner. Each time I replace a DV, the TCR sits within spec (6-8%) and then will go back into the C-2552 code after a few days of the customer running the machine. I've heard at one point in time that this may be a known issue with c364 models (Note: NOT an "e" model). Has anybody come across this and knows of a potential fix? Thanks in advance.

Re: Konica c364 C-2552
Clean the TCR Sensor window on the underside of the Imaging Unit if dirty - I think that's the solution
Clean the TCR Sensor LED if dirty
Correct the contact and/or WIRING of the TCR
Sensor if faulty.
TCR Sensor/C (PWB-N3)
Change TCR Sensor C/M/Y.
Change Imaging Unit.
Change PWB-MC
Change PWB-MFPC.
