Konica Miniolta Bizhub c353 scan issues

Howdy yall,

We are a medical clinic and thus to scan to our eloectronic records, the default scan has to be a TIF. However, when we want to scan directly to a users location we want it to be PDF.

Is there a way to make a speicific users default scan settings different from that of other scanning duties?

default setting

-first- select scan/fax then select in scan settings all as you wish to be ''as default''.

-second- utility/counter-user's setting-scan/fax setting, default setting.... somewhere you'll be find factory default and current setting----select current setting

Yes you can but you have to create the users profiles as programs. Connect to your copier via web browser:
1. Select SCAN tab
2. Select PROGRAM
3. Select NEW REGISTRATION
4. Select your choice of scan mode
5. Notice now you have a choice of type of file and resolution for your profile
