[Error Code] BHC3100P with Error C151

I have ordered a new SSD for this printer, but I was curious if there was a "Special Boot Up" procedure to get me directly to Service Mode, or at least force Firmware update. I'm newish to KM printers and their secrets...

This is not a KM machine by design so even the KM guys don't know all the kungfu behind this POS printer.
Hope someone can give you a more helpful reply.

The service manual said this error refers to MFPB, not SSDB.

Sorry for mistake.
I check the trouble code and there isn't has C151 on this model.

Just a heads up, I finally received the Memory Board, fitted and all is well, no more C151. I have updated firmware and all seems well.
