It's sad you can't upload PDFs into userbox this way.

Unless I'm doing it wrong but it lets me upload but it's never visible at copier when U open box

The information I posted was from the user manual. I have not shared a user box on a i-series model yet, but it works fine on the 8 series.

What works? You can upload docs to the shared HDD or you are able to access the box. E
