So here we are again into trouble. Bizhub C224e black developer depleted due to drum unit over life.
I went here and sure there's almost no developer on mag roller. Service mode K halftone test patterns produced nice white diagonal bands over entire page. I have K drum but no Developer unit so I put my new K drum into machine and start adding manually toner in service mode then made some 255 K halftone printouts then again add toner and so on. After few of these cycles black started to show a bit still very pale. Left them to print for a few days until new K dev unit arrive. This great machine manage to almost regenerate developer from toner as I hope in only few thousand prints. New developer unit fixed it all good but it was almost healed even before that.
Moral of this is to give a bit of time and machine upon heavy printing will hopefully recover itself.
P.S.
I know it will work either if I used WTB as spare developer material reservoir but definitely wanted to give machine a chance to self recover.
