    [Misc] Konica 4752 and C250i printing out gibberish

    I have a network with about 50 printing devices that include HP, Xerox, Canon, and these two Konica printer/copiers. The two Konica models print out gibberish from time to time. No other printers do this. I have changed their IP addresses and used two different print servers and the result is always the same. The IPs are not public. It is strange to me that only the Konica printers do this. I am hoping for some advice and possibly a solution to this issue,
    Thank you in advance!

    ASCII code means the wrong print driver is being used.

    what driver are they using?

        Re: Konica 4752 and C250i printing out gibberish

        I am having an issue finding a driver for the C250i. The website does not offer a specific C250i driver. Would I be better off with a common or universal driver?

        If I search the C250i, this is the driver they give me.
        DriverVer=12/02/2019,2.2.2.0

            The latest PCL driver is 2.1.13.0 and is for most of the i series machines. Don't choose Universal, always use PCL or PS instead.

                  The C250i is part of a family..You probably need the C300i driver..

                    Huh?

                    The exact same driver file is used for basically all color i series machines. Unless my sarcasm detector (usually spot-on) is defective.

                      true, but when you install it you must choose the correct family..you would not let the default C750i driver install for the C360i. That is why, after you point the driver install to the INF file you are presented with a list of models to choose from. E
