    B36 tool to edit serial number

    Hi guys i recently had to change the MFPB on a b36 ssd was faulty now i heard theres a tool to change the serial number as it cannot be change in service mode i have tried it cant be done, can anyone assist me with the tool or how i can access the techdoc or dtechdoc site i heard it can be downloaded from theres

                              I don't know if he is working for a copier dealer or Mafia. But you're right fellow tech is different than others.

                                  We cant correct the reading to log off the tsa's cause on our system it still shows the old reading after board replacements we could adjust the reading on the newer machines but not on the older machines thata the reason why im asking so the client are billed at minimum billing not the actual copies they making
