Konica 2125 - clean drum

If someone can please help me here. I have an old konica 2125 that the drum needs cleaning on (lots of black lines on paper). the local repairer has said it is wasting their time and my money and they don't wish to service it. Can some give me instruction on how to get the drum out so I can clean it.

are the blacklines on the drum caused by toner sticking to it? if so....

use WD40... get a piece of dry cotton cloth sprayed wd40 (not too much) then wipe it off. it should get rid off that toner... then wipe it dry again with clean cloth. check your heat roller it may have some toner sticking to it too


and dont use non orig'l toner....

but i dont really recommend end user removing drum by themselves, it sometimes add more problem to it....
