    Just ran into this issue....Bizhub C458 not able to accept firmware. I used the HPUSBDISK.EXE tool and worked like a charm. Thanks for great advice.

        I was about to suggest the alternate USB drive format tool that KM offers, but emujo beat me to it...LOL
