    Develop ineo+227 (Konica ) error code c-2152

    227.jpgHi all,

Currently have error code C-2152 on a Develop ineo+227, have replaced transfer belt, transfer clutch. The machine is now striped down to the frame, i've cleaned all sensors, all motors have been checked, no issues.

Before i re-assemble, is there anything else i should be looking at? Had this issue numerous times on much older machines like c252, c253 etc. This one has me stumped.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    How did the error occur?
Did the printer work and stop?
    Was it after maintenance?
    Is the printer electrically protected?
Just replaced the belt or ITBU?

The customer logged a call for machine making a loud noise. I found the transfer belt cleaner unit was filled with solidified toner.

Machine seemed to be running ok, left site, call came back in few days later with the error code attached.

      Replaced full ITBU

Can confirm the machine is protected yes.

Between the belt cleaning unit and the waste toner container there is a small plastic piece that makes this connection.
It may be the cause of toner solidification.

With the cleaning system locked, noise may have arisen.
The engine that drives the system may have damaged some icp in the PRCB.

This reasoning was taken based on your information and replaced parts

That makes sense, is there a way i can determine if it is more PRCB related?

I'm assuming this will need to be replaced if that is the issue.

          Thanks.

Manual states next items are M3(Fusing motor) and MFPB. I will borrow M3 from another machine to test.

Check wirings for maybe some pinched wires or damaged insulation.

as Per tulintron check the ICP's on PRCB. I would start with the ICP closest to where the clutch plugs in on the board.

Had this a couple of times on mostly C360 machines.

Find the IC protector list in manual.
F13E for CL5 would be suspect here.
