    C7000 with C4603

    Hello, I'm having an issue with a C7000 giving me a C4603.

I've changed the Cyan developer, replaced the color registration assembly, replaced printer controller board. I don't believe it's a charge issue with the Cyan because I can run test prints in service mode with Cyan.

Any ideas what to try next would be very much helpful.

    Thank you

Can you post a photo of test pattern number 80?

I'm sorry it took so long to respond. I printed test pattern 80 and photo 1 and 2 is what I got. Picture 3 and 4 is what I got after and auto calibration.

My question is why wouldn't it auto calibrate on its own. Could another tech have shit that off?

        Thank you for any help.

Check life of consumables, check sensors are clean, check skew adjustment of color lasers (mechanical adjustment near laser window).
