[Jamming] Need Help KM accurio press c2060 continuous jamming problem

Hello,

I desperately need some help to solve the issue with my machine that keeps Jamming.

I've exhausted all options including, checking the actuator, checking all sensors which show up fine in service mode.

Cleaning all the gears in the fusing.

Machine is relatively new.

Its keeps getting stuck in the relay unit but the jam code say to check the fusing unit.

Please help.

Jam code would help out a lot.

What do feed tires look like?

What gsm paper are they running?

What does the unit THINK is the media size/weight is?
