After resetting my machine i hot an error code C-5360 tried every thing it goes away only when I remove the toners I have changed all my toner tried to reset it multiple times with no success any one can help

In service mode there is setting for clean unit. Don't remember where at the moment but it's there. Make sure it's unset then do trouble reset.A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds.
