We have been buying Drums from Copylite, first they had a brand they rebuilt themselves, then a new compatible. Now they have a Drum unit with what they call a double layer on the cleaning blade because they failed so much and tracked bands of toner down them. I have tried to send over time, 4 back and they always have a reason not to warranty their product for us. Has anyone else had this problem? Also could you share where you purchase reasonably priced Drum units? The units are C454 and C458 Drums. Any ideas or similar problems please share with this supplier. Thank You
