KM BH c500 print cotroller

can any 1 help turn the internal print back on have a machine that had a fiery but dosent have it now. manual wont tell how to turn internal print back on. i believe internal print is standard on these

These instructions are for a BH c300, but should be very similar:
Go into Service Mode, select "System 2" then "Image Controller Setting". Set to "Controller 0". Reboot and the internal controller should be working. Good luck...

Same procedure on the C450 as well, I had to do one a while ago, should be the same for the C550.

C500 doesn't has an internal standard controller in the machine, it's always an option on this machine so no controller settings if your machine has no controller you only have the copier
