This code has been popping up intermittently for months on this copier(according to the service history). I haven't seen this code at all on any model, so I just wanted to see if anyone has come across this issue before and what fixed it for you?
This is a refurb copier we have in our shop, so I have the time to try some different parts on it. The service manual mentions replacing FM7, the EXCB, or the MFP board.
Before I start throwing parts in it, I wanted to see if anyone has seen this?
So far I have updated the firmware, done a data clear and formatted the HDD. Came in this morning, turned it on and it coded out again.
I'll be sure to post up the fix if I don't hear from anyone.

I have changed some of those fans because of noise or slow running, that causes them to bring up the fault code. They are usually in an area difficult to access for cleaning and do not ventilate well or simply fill with dust on the blades and are damaged.

It ended up being a bad fan. I was surprised how cheap that fan was($9 US).
Thanks for the heads up elmalingo.

        Which one?
