    New BH C250i with Password admin do not match

    Greetings everyone,
    I'm installing a new BH C250i, but I can't complete the installation because the machine won't accept the usual administrator password.
    What can I do?

      You are not a tech? What default you have tried?
      If you know how to enter enhanced security mode within service mode you can change Admin password to whatever you want.

          just reset the admin password in service mode

          default is 1234567812345678. also i had a c250i yesterday where it wouldn't let me press the 1 when i was changing a software switch and i had to do the screen calibration to fix it.

              It's old but check PSKM_BT2313965EN

              Some initial settings are incorrect on some machines and the following issues would occur.

              1. CE Authentication is not enabled as default.
              2. Administrator password is incorrect, and no one can enter administrator mode.
              3. Marketing area and FAX target are incorrect.
              4. License error occurs.

              <Affected machines>
              All machines manufactured from November 2022 to March 2023 without               a green dot label on the back of the machine and two sides of the carton box, respectively.
