bizhub-c351/450 pcq on 2nd side w/heavy 44lbs glossy HP paper, NOT WITH 20lbs. Even on single sided. Tried w/none glossy, heavy around same weight paper & still same. Set by-pass to heavy 2. Even for duplex, 2nd side. I know max for duplex 17 to 26 lbs. That's why I tried to sep. the print job. Yes, changed setting at the work station & still. Help.

Try adjusting the transfer voltage. C450-in tech rep mode, select image processing, select trans adj and increase the value for the correct paper type under the second side column, selct end. Stabilize image.
