KM bizhub c368 Sata Controller Error

Hi,

Error code : C-D011

Have replaced 3 working HDDs,
Disabled HDD but it gives error code C-D072.

Tried repairing by updating sata controller firmwares but machine stays on 3 pillars.
Not taking any other firmware.
Not taking reset file. Tar

any solution?
