Konica Minolta C368 - asking for admin password

Hi guys,

we have a Konica Minolta C368 that asks for the admin password when selecting user settings and selecting the meter count tab,

we have updated firmware of machine, is there a possible software switch to disable this? never had it before.

Yes it was asked before:
Bizhub C364e Jumps to Admin setting password when you select Utility button
It is good to prevent some type of users making mess with machine settings.

I have tried that SW switch but is still asking for a password when selecting to print a meter count and select user settings

Konica have launched a tool for checking softswitches available on infohub pretty sure it works on this model. Could be worth having a look at to see if anything else has been changed

Should be 00 not 20.

Also check Sw71 should be hex 00.
