[Misc] Bihub C558 Error "Currently Character Recognition cannot be used"

    Hi good day everyone.
i have 1 unit bizhub C558 that have error "Currently Character Recognition cannot be used" i believe it is because of OCR Data is not installed. which i dint have it.
can i know where to get it ?

i do have the PDF/A data , movie data & Voice data for this model but OCR data i dont have it.

and actualy i also already try to deactivate the i-option function for this unit by login into the " https://lms.konicaminolta.com/license/KM/support.aspx "to request the activation code. after login and request t?he deactivation code base on machine serial number i got error " unable to confirm setting " does anyone know why ?

Firmware's up to date, but check the device info screen for the function version. It should be v 4.2. If not, update dipswitch 25 to B0, then reboot.

As a last way i can think, i end up by changing this sata flash M.2 which i believe is the counter board. i take from my scrap machine.. after change then upload back the movie data. the machine now is running well. but i'm still curious if there is a way to fix this issue.
