C3320i Box not available

Hi there,who can help with a C3320i. The SystemBox is not available. SSD status ok.
R / W status and other test runs of the memory in service mode are also ok.
FW is now J9. Was older before. Can I turn it off somewhere? Who can help ? See also the pictures.

Hi there,I formatted the SSD logically during my visit, just didn't write it in, then loaded FW again. No change.

Obvious question, but are you sure the user box button isn't disabled on the main menu?

Here is an update: Yesterday on site. In the 1st picture the box is correctly selected,
in the 2nd picture where the function would have to be changed, however, this selection option is missing.
It can really only be that the function is deactivated in the SWS. Just which switch number would that be?

The box function is not available for the C3320i because this machine has no "Hard Disk" in certain sense to store data. Only if you install an optional Fax Card you get a box function but only for fax functions like memory reception for incoming faxes or fax bulletin (but who will use this nowadays?).
Once you put another function instead of box in the setup menu it's gone. It will only appear again when you install a fax kit.
You have to buy a C3350i to store prints etc. with the box function.

Now it is clear to me why my other 3320 had it, which had a fax kit installed.It is interesting that not even the manufacturer knew the statement,
because the question at the dealer support had to be when I asked whether it would be with a fax kit? Their answer was: take a look at the instruction manual. To ask ?.......
