Howdy my fellow techs. Working on a C244e with about 50,000 counts. Overall good condition, but is only printing black and white due to the magenta toner replenishment error screen.
The only troubleshooting I've performed so far is swapping out the KM TN321M toner, but the error remains the same. This printer only had authentic toner used on it so I'm confused why it would have this issue. Toner is full and is in relatively good condition.
Level History 1 shows:
TCR-C - 5.15%
TCR-M - 0.00%
TCR-Y - 0.94%
TCR-K - 6.17%
IDC1 - 3.01 V
IDC2 - 2.92 V
I also have a decommissioned C284e with spare toner, developer, and other parts. Can I attempt to use these parts for the C224e to troubleshoot?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:
Thank you for your time

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:
- Replacing toner with new - Done
- Replacing developer with new or with the decommed c284e
- Updating firmware to C224e_C284e_C364e_A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M1.exe
- Cleaning and clearing out waste toner bin, clearing out the hopper, etc.
