C244e Magenta and Yellow "Replenishing Toner" Error

Howdy my fellow techs. Working on a C244e with about 50,000 counts. Overall good condition, but is only printing black and white due to the magenta toner replenishment error screen.

The only troubleshooting I've performed so far is swapping out the KM TN321M toner, but the error remains the same. This printer only had authentic toner used on it so I'm confused why it would have this issue. Toner is full and is in relatively good condition.

Level History 1 shows:

TCR-C - 5.15%
TCR-M - 0.00%
TCR-Y - 0.94%
TCR-K - 6.17%

IDC1 - 3.01 V
IDC2 - 2.92 V

I also have a decommissioned C284e with spare toner, developer, and other parts. Can I attempt to use these parts for the C224e to troubleshoot?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:

1. Replacing toner with new - Done
2. Replacing developer with new or with the decommed c284e
3. Updating firmware to C224e_C284e_C364e_A5C10Y0-F000-G20-M1.exe
4. Cleaning and clearing out waste toner bin, clearing out the hopper, etc.

I've read other methods such as removing the white cap from the toner unit or resetting the toner chip, but the TN321 series does not have a chip.

Just an update... I used my C284e unit as a donor and swapped the toner, drum unit, developer, and the toner hopper assembly. Unfortunately still getting the replenish toner error. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I could suggest testing whether toner motors are working. Are bottles actually spinning when you do a manual toner add?

Sounds like the toner is not reaching to the dev.unit, you have to clear the toner path as probably there is clogged toner inside.

i would try remove the toner and remove the magenta/yellow white cap in front and keep doing "add manual toner" let the toner come out from the whitecap until all the toner in subhopper as gone, after put the toner and check the values after print.

the subhopper make any noise ? like grr grr
