Poor color density C 6000

Hi

I have changer new color correction unit but after auto Gama adjustment it doesn't improve the Density of the print.ihave also changed PRCB,OACB,MCB, but still the Density doesn't improve!!!!
Any suggestions is really appreciated.

Did you have life counts for us ?
Did you clean the sensor that controls density/quality?

Check the gear on the 2nd transfer pressure motor (small aluminum gear) I have had 2, C6000/7000's wear this gear down to a nub in the past couple of months. (Motor 2 Assembly 15AAR73600) It should throw a code unless dip switch 11-0 is set to a 1.
