Thanks for the info. All the toner bottles turn as freely as would be expected. A clutch is a clutch. Either on, or off. I would think a bind in the toner...Leave a comment:

You should be able to close the top still. That's why the screws for it are long. Just make sure you tighten them down evenly across and not all at once...👍 1Leave a comment:

There can be up to 4 hard drives involved. Hard to estimate for another tech to come out. We all charge different labor rates and parts mark ups.
