According to the manual there are factory adjustments to the fuser swing unit that cannot be duplicated in the field. Why do you need to change it?If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

All that I can suggest to you is to carefully scribe & mark each of the slotted adjustments and attempt to reposition the new part in the exact same place. I'm assuming it's the alignment of the fuser in the paper path that's critical, but there may be additional reasons for the adjustments.
Watch for wrinkling of the paper & paper skew (especially second side).

Indeed, I've also found that if you remove the finisher and exit unit from the machine, that the rear section of the swing unit is really easy to get to. Providing that the machine doesn't have a circus train of accessories attached to it. Change that one way exit pressure gear while your in there.Comment
