    fiery license

Hello group, can someone help me, I have a fiery with a Fiery Graphic Arts Package, Premium Edition license, and I need to deactivate it because I am going to transfer it to another fiery and I can't find the ways when I go into administration, I can't, and I read that once this is activated license is attached to the bios and you cannot transfer it to another firy, I don't know if it's true
    Attached Files

    thanks

Fiery handles its own licensing, you would probably have to reach out to them directly.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

I have several licenses to impose and I can transfer them from one fiery to another thinking that it would be the same with Fiery Graphic Arts Package

      thanks

Open the License Activation page. (See Access the License Activation page.)
Under Enabled Options, click Disable next to the option you want to disable.
Note: If the Disable button does not appear next to the option, the option is activated using an activation key.
        Click Deactivate to confirm deactivation.
Click Continue to continue with the manual process.
Click Create Request File and save the file.
The Fiery option is disabled and the LAC is displayed in a message.

Copy the application file to a computer that is connected to the Internet.
Open a browser and go to licensing.efi.com.
Click Browse, select the request file, and then click Upload.

The deactivate option does not appear and I do not know what the activation key is: Note: If the Disable button does not appear next to the option, the option is activated using an activation key.

        thanks
